We offer the studio to you in multiple ways to suit your needs best.
If you want the studio by the hour we can accommodate those needs too. The standard hourly rate is $25 and there is a two hour minimum. A deposit is required to schedule you and there is a $50 non-refundable booking fee should you cancel your scheduled appointment time without reasonable notice. This deposit goes towards your rental otherwise.
Southeast Studios LLC has a small number of Limited Partnership Plans offered. It is designed for those photographers who want to upgrade their professional image as well as the quality of their work. For a set monthly fee only five Limited Partners receive unlimited access to the facility, 24/7, and may schedule their own appointments using our private online calendar. Other benefits include their name on the front window and use of the mailing address. It is like having your own studio without the hassles and financial risks. Currently all positions are filled and there is a waiting list. Those wishing to conduct their own professional workshops or group shoots may do so with pricing and conditions quoted on an individual basis. The studio is also open to those wanting to hold a small private event such as a gallery showing or fashion event.
EQUIPMENT
With any plan the studio supplies equipment at no additional charge:
Paul C Buff White Lightning and Alien Bee 800 strobes with various sizes and shapes of softboxes including a 84" parabolic dome, Norman hot lights, and a complete Smith and Victor continuous lights are included.
Grip equipment includes stands & two booms, weight bags, umbrellas, large scrim panels, reflectors, gels fabric backdrops, rolling ladder, apple crates and posing tools, props, and furniture.
Advanced lighting and grip assistance may be available on an hourly basis. Fabric backdrops are included and 9' seamless paper has a $25 cut charge.
