To schedule hourly rental time at Southeast Studios you should call Russ Lindsey at 303.919.6505 or email his personal account with RLind59680@aol.com and put SES rental in the title. Standard rentals are $25 an hour with a two hour minimum. Large group shoots or workshop rates may be higher. The studio comes equipped and is exclusively yours for that time slot.
You may check a specific date and time block and have him "Pencil you in" for it. This puts a hold on that slot until you can actually confirm your needs and then it will be "Inked In". Once it is Inked In you are committed to payment. Should someone else want to use that same slot you will be contacted first to either Confirm or Cancel. You will have 24 hours to respond with your decision. If you cancel prior to 72 hours of your start time there is no penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours have a $50 cancellation charge.
A representative from Southeast Studios will meet you at the studio at your scheduled time. You will need to complete the Rental Contract and arrange for the cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is $250 and is collected prior to your start. This fee is NOT processed unless it is needed for the studio and/or equipment. If you pay with a check or cash that same check or cash is given back to you when you are checked out. If we collect a credit card number we do not run the charge unless there is a cleaning fee required.
You need to make sure you have included enough time for set-up and take-down of all equipment within your scheduled time slot. When checking out you are responsible to be packed up and ready to leave on time. Late check outs may incur a surcharge of $10 each 15 minutes. A representative will walk the studio with you before you leaving. There is a two hour minimum for rentals. Ask about special pricing for shoots exceeding four hours or multiple days. We accept cash and checks and payment is expected prior to you leaving the studio.
